Join Burtons Grill at Williams Sonoma on Tuesday February 9, 2010 for a special “Technique Class” on the cooking method of poaching. Culinary Director of Burtons Grill, Denise Baron will be demonstrating her poaching skills on the Williams Sonoma Stainless Steel Nonstick D5 Clad Pans. Guests can enjoy the demonstration while sampling some of Chef Baron’s Poached Pear Salad and Poached Lobster Tail.
